The Role
We're looking for an experienced HSE Advisor to partner with our Revesby manufacturing site and help drive a strong safety culture. Working closely with operational leaders, you'll provide practical HSE support, influence safe behaviours, and play a key role in ensuring safety remains a core focus across the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to build accountability and ownership for safety outcomes.
- Provide expert advice on health, safety and environmental matters.
- Support risk management, incident investigations and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, standards and company requirements.
- Lead and support site audits, inspections and governance activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen safety culture and engagement.
About You
- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (or equivalent).
- Experience in a manufacturing, industrial or high-risk operational environment.
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and safety management systems.
- Proven ability to influence and coach stakeholders at all levels.
- Practical, hands-on approach with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
