The Role:  Customer Service Representative

 

 

Landsberg Orora is seeking a passionate Customer Service Representative to unlock the promise for our valued customers every day. This is an exciting role to partner with a rock star sales team, innovative customers and to join a fun and dynamic customer service team. In this role you will be responsible for providing outstanding high-touch service to our Customers and will oversee their experience with our company. Customer Service Representatives provide our customers with proactive communication, follow through, and a speedy resolution to their questions, orders, quotes, and all other inquiries.

What You’ll be Responsible For in this Role

  • In this role you will be responsible for providing outstanding high-touch service to our Customers and will oversee their experience with our company. You will provide our customers with proactive communication, follow through, and a speedy resolution to their questions, orders, quotes, and all other inquiries.
  • You will be responsible for accurate and timely data entry of all orders within our SAP system and to provide customer follow-through via direct contact, mail, fax, or e-mail through the Sales Representatives.
  • While you are processing orders to bring product onto our warehouse floors, the Customer Service Representative evaluates historical data on such items and provide assistance with inventory control processes.
  • Provide inside support to Outside Sales Representatives.
  • Provide expertise in solving Customer problems with any, and all internal departments, including other divisions.
  • Perform contract review work processes on Customer Purchase Orders.
  • Respond to Customer inquiries on the telephone through on-line networks, by mail, and by facsimile.

  • Write Customer quote requests, sample requests, formal quotes to Customers, and Sales Representative leads for prospective accounts.
  • Handle Customer problems that appear to arise from the use of the product. Handle requests for replacing and picking up defective parts. Coordinate changes to orders on accounts as necessary
  • Submit follow-ups on orders through Expeditor via hand written or computer request.
  • Perform other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned

 

What We’re Looking For  

Minimum Qualifications:

 

 

Additional Required Qualifications:

 

  • Able to work with more than one project/responsibility simultaneously
  • Proven experience handling complex orders under tight deadlines
  • Intermediate Proficiency – Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • SAP experience
