SAP Rebate  Analyst
 

Orora Packaging Solutions is seeking an experienced Rebate Analyst to administer and support the Vistex Program in
conjunction with SAP to accurately account for, track, and reconcile all Customer specific price supports from Suppliers
(chargebacks).


 

This position reports to the: Supervisor of the Deviations Department
Location: Hybrid- Texas or Phoenix
FLSA Status: Exempt

 

What You’ll be Responsible For

  • Supporting multiple suppliers through our weekly, bi-weekly and monthly deviation process, ensuring that they are filed timely with the applicable Supplier.
  • Settling payments from Suppliers for those deviation claims; reconciling and accounting for any variances while working with Suppliers to resolve any such variances.
  • Identifying improvement opportunities via automation of processes or more efficient methodologies.
  • Demonstrating confidence and expertise in the deviation process, supporting internal customers such as sales reps, customer service reps, sourcing specialists, and regional controllers.
  • Other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned.

 

What We’re Looking For

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Previous Accounting, Finance, Supplier Management or Distribution experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance or related field preferred
  • SAP experience, Vistex or other major ERP familiarity
  • Able to work more than one project/responsibility simultaneously

 

Additional Required Qualifications:

  • Detail oriented and accurate with numbers
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization
  • Proficient in advanced MS Office applications (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong problem-solving and mathematical skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships internally and externally
  • Ability to operate individually and employ solid decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of modern Accounting and Finance principles, methods, and strategies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with strong influencing skills
