Designer - Creative
 

Position Overview:


The creative designer will be involved in a wide range of design work including graphic design, structural design, prototypes for permanent, seasonal & fabric displays along with
creating marketing pieces. They will have knowledge of current design software and be skilled in the design process and materials, from concept to final deliverable.

 

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work on a wide range of projects using various software programs and materials
  • Work independently as well as cooperatively to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and schedule project implementation based on workload
  • Collaborate and strategize with multiple teams or clients
  • Create original artwork/die lines or take client provided artwork/die lines and manipulate to fit our machine/output profiles
  • Production of conceptual ideas from beginning to end with foresight in relation to production, packing, and in-store assembly
  • Work professionally in a fast-paced environment where prototypes are turned in 24-48 hours

 

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

 

  • Degree in graphic design, product design, or proven experience in the field
  • Proficiency with Creative Cloud apps: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Acrobat, as well as Powerpoint.
  • Creativity and innovative design skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines

 

Working Conditions:

  • Fast-paced environment, subject to numerous schedule and priority changes and short notice activity.
  • Lifting of objects up to 25 Lbs.
