Climate Reporting Manager

The Role

The Climate Reporting Manager will own Orora’s sustainability and climate reporting, making sure we meet our reporting requirements with accurate, reliable information.

The role works closely across the business to pull together data, insights and reporting on our climate and sustainability performance. You’ll partner with teams across Glass and Cans to interpret complex data and turn it into clear, meaningful reporting for senior leaders, the Board and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage climate and sustainability reporting across the business
• Coordinate the preparation of sustainability disclosures for external reporting and the Annual Report
• Work with internal teams to collect, manage and quality‑check sustainability and emissions data
• Support reporting across Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions
• Coordinate internal and external assurance processes for sustainability data
• Respond to customer requests for sustainability and emissions information
• Support sustainability metrics, targets and strategy development across Glass and Cans
• Provide coverage and support across the wider sustainability team

About You

• A relevant degree in sustainability, finance, engineering or a related discipline, with around 6+ years’ experience in sustainability or climate‑related roles
• Experience with greenhouse gas and emissions reporting across Scope 1, 2 and 3 (e.g. GHG Protocol and/or NGER)
• Exposure to sustainability or climate reporting in a listed or complex organisation, including external disclosures and assurance support
• Someone who can work independently, take ownership and consistently deliver
• Able to work with complex data and turn it into a clear, simple story for senior stakeholders
