Associate Platform Owner

The Associate Platform Owner will play a critical role in the planning, management, and execution of OPS digital experience solutions. These experiences are part of a multi-dimensional and multi-channel digital experience strategy to improve the Orora customer experience and drive demand generation for our businesses.


Summary of Role and How You’ll Fit In

In this role, the Associate Platform Owner will work with DXP team, the Marketing team and the IT team to ensure Customers have a consistent, high-quality experience across the digital experience solutions.


This position reports to the: Senior Manager of Digital Experience

Travel Requirement:  % of Travel Required/Frequency : up to 20 %

FLSA Status: Exempt


Key Responsibilities


  • Coordinating with program leadership to direct and advance the vision, strategy, development & maintenance of OPS digital experience platform roadmap, backlog, releases, issue resolution & ongoing maintenance
  • Managing project plans, assign tasks/owners/deadlines and facilitate meetings, task completion and communications for development releases, change management activities and associated business process changes
  • Collaborating with marketing, sales, IT, operations & third-party partners to validate business requirements, build, execute, test, & deliver digital experience solutions that meet overall business goals
  • Managing SEO, tag management system and other platforms and associated strategies
  • Participating in testing and quality assurance activities for product development
  • Ensuring projects stay within defined budget and adhere to project schedule and timeline
  • Providing status updates & drive escalation/issue resolution processes by proactively identifying & mitigating risks
  • Coordinating with content, master data & procurement teams to ensure data quality & execution of content initiatives & general website catalog maintenance
  • Assisting with the maintenance of data and content for website content pages, catalogs & search indices across multiple content systems and asset management systems to enhance the end user experience
  • Identifying technical feasibility of requirements while calling out gaps and raising issues accordingly
  • Supporting and enhancing methodologies & best practices for continuous improvement
  • Form strong business & IT relationships to facilitate idea generation & delivery of solutions
  • Clearly defines & writes user stories & acceptance criteria
  • Stay current on digital experience & marketing trends to provide strategy recommendations
  • Performs other duties and/or responsibilities as requested.
