The Maintenance Planner will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the Preventative Maintenance Planning and Scheduling CMMS to ensure optimal performance, reliability and compliance of all site manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a maintenance planning strategy to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Utilize computerized maintenance management systems to plan and track maintenance tasks.
  • Lead the stores coordination in managing inventory levels of spare parts, tools, and supplies.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and supervision to the Stores Coordinator and other team members.
  • Generate reports on maintenance performance, inventory levels, and equipment reliability.

  • Proven experience in maintenance planning within a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
  • Experience in continuous improvement tools and methodologies
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing maintenance challenges.
  • Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations related to maintenance activities.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
