Position Summary

Provide senior Sales Management leadership for the Landsberg Region working directly with other General Sales Managers, Sales Representatives, and other members of the local, regional, and national leadership team.

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

        1. Ensures that safety is the top priority in the region.
        2. In conjunction with the National Sales Manager and the Regional Vice President, develops and implements Sales Management strategic and tactical plans needed to achieve the budget and growth expectations.
        3. Preserves, protects and promotes the Orora Way, sales philosophy and company polices.
        4. Recruits, hires and trains Sales Representatives and Rookie Sales Representatives.
        5. Coaches, mentors, teaches and drives the sales force towards the adoption of internal and external best practices.
        6. Works with Sales Representatives to set and achieve sales goals.
        7. Builds Sales Representatives’ ability to create and maintain viable pipelines of projects, prospects, and new accounts.
        8. Conducts monthly, quarterly and annual reviews with sales representatives to grow and improve sales performance.   
        9. Utilizes proficiency with Power BI to track and analyze sales growth and implements efficiencies.
        10. Ensures that the Sales Management Process and the Sales Process is adhered to in entirety.
        11. Guides the sales force with sales philosophy, company policies and value plus techniques.
        12. Leads the day-to-day work of the Value Plus across the region including:
        • Working with business Marketing and Sales to find and analyze improvement opportunities.
        • Refining existing tools and developing new tools and practices,  and tailoring these to the region’s needs.
        1. Performs other duties and/ or responsibilities as assigned.

 

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

    • Bachelors degree in relevant field
