Glass Service Delivery Manager ANZ

The Role

Reporting to the Infrastructure Domain Lead, the ANZ Glass Service Delivery Manager is responsible for the delivery and management of IT services for the Global Glass ANZ division of Orora. The role ensures reliable service across applications, on‑premise and cloud environments, while supporting the local delivery of global initiatives. You will act as the primary interface between IT and the business, building trusted relationships and translating business needs into effective IT service outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary IT contact for the ANZ Glass business
• Build strong relationships with site stakeholders and end users
• Align IT services to business and operational requirements
• Ensure IT services meet agreed service levels and quality standards
• Manage incidents, problems, and changes to minimise business disruption
• Monitor service performance and drive continuous improvement
• Coordinate service requests and manage costs within budget
• Work closely with ANZ and Global IT teams to ensure alignment
• Manage external vendors and supplier performance
• Support IT and OT systems in a manufacturing environment
• Support platforms aligned to global standards (Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Azure, Citrix)

About You

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with technical and non‑technical audiences
• Customer‑focused with a proactive, solutions‑driven mindset
• Comfortable working across time zones and cultures
• Knowledge of manufacturing environments and IT service management frameworks (ITIL or similar)

Successful Candidates Will Have

• 5+ years’ experience in IT Service Delivery, IT Business Partner, or similar business‑facing role
• Proven experience managing stakeholders at all levels
• Experience working within global standards delivered locally
• Experience across Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Azure, and Citrix environments
• Exposure to networking, OT, OEM equipment, and SCADA systems (advantageous)
• Experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
• ITSM or project management certification (preferred)
• French or Arabic language skills (advantageous)
